Returns & Restocking fees
We do not accept refunds on any of our custom engraved products.
Other items can be returned within 20 days of your invoice date. All returns are subject to approval.
Call 724-733-8206 for a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Customer is responsible for arranging return shipping.
Shipping cost on your invoice (if any) is not refunded
Returned items must be in new condition and returned in original packaging.
Cancelation of Logo Products
If you cancel an order after we have sent you proofs and revisions, there will be a 30% charge for us having provided you with layout proofs. Your refund will be 70% of the invoice amount.
Damaged Packages and Product
LOST or DAMAGED PACKAGES
All damaged or lost packages must be reported to us within 3 days of the day you receive your order.
We will promptly reship the order and issue a call tag and FEDEX claim for the distressed items
PRODUCT DAMAGE or DEFECTS
Please inspect your orders. Requests for credits or replacements due to manufacturer defect must be reported within 15 days of delivery
