Sales & Use Tax
SALES AND USE TAX INFORMATION
We may not meet the minimum requirements to collect
and report sales tax for your state. You may be subject to a use tax
if required by your state.
TAX EXEMPT NUMBERS
In most cases, if you are reselling the products purchased
from us and have a resale and/or tax exempt number,
then you should not owe sales or use tax on products for resale.
Please check with your State Tax Department to clarify the
sales tax and use tax requirements of your specific state.
USE TAX REPORTING
The States listed below require us to notify you of their use tax laws.
If your state is not listed, you are still (most likely) required to pay
Use Tax unless you have a resale and/or tax exempt number issued by your state.
Colorado
The State of Colorado requires purchasers to (A) report
all purchases that are taxable in Colorado and for which
no tax was collected by the retailer and (B) pay tax on
those purchases. You will be sent an annual statement
(in January) of purchases from our company.
An annual statement will also be sent to the Colorado Department Of Revenue.
Oklahoma
Sales or use tax may be due and the Oklahoma purchaser
is required to file a return if tax is due. You will be sent
an annual statement (in January) of purchases from our company.
Vermont
Sales or use tax may be due unless you have
a resale and/or tax exempt number. If you purchase more
than $500 total purchases annually, you will be sent an annual
statement from us.
